Connect Telegram

Telegram is another of the channels available in Hagabox. Just like with WhatsApp Business, activation is done from the dashboard, with no external technical steps.

Activate the channel

Go to the channels section of the dashboard and choose Telegram. You don’t need to copy tokens or touch anything outside Hagabox: you activate the channel directly from your account and it’s connected to your AI agent.

Assign actions to the agent

With the channel active, assign the actions your agent will be able to carry out on Telegram: handling bookings, answering your users’ questions, or escalating to a person when a human touch is needed. These actions are configured before publishing.

Publish and oversee

Once published, your agent starts responding on Telegram. All conversations from this channel, just like those from WhatsApp and the website chat, land in the unified inbox, live, where you can step in with one click if needed and hand control back to the agent when you’re done.

No lock-in
