We ship improvements to Hagabox often. Here are the new features, improvements and fixes in each release.

Login and multi-tenancy stability

Fixes focused on sign-in and isolation between companies.

  • Fixed a 500 error at sign-in when the company identifier didn’t have the expected format.
  • Resolved a content security issue with Clerk that blocked access in some configurations.
  • Deactivated user accounts are now reactivated upon signing back in, instead of failing due to a database conflict.

Your agent now handles bookings

The AI agent can now handle appointments from start to finish, right within the conversation.

  • The agent checks availability and creates or manages appointments without leaving the chat. It’s enabled per company from the settings, so you decide when it comes into play.
  • Confirmations include a downloadable calendar invite (.ics) via a secure, temporary link.
  • Real-time notification when a new appointment is created.
  • The booking agent responds in Spanish from Spain.

Booking dashboard and public page

A complete booking system, with a management dashboard and a page for your customers.

Management dashboard

  • Configure your business’s bookings: professionals and resources (with weekly schedules and one-off exceptions), services, and a daily agenda of appointments with the option to reschedule or cancel.

Public page

  • Your customers pick a professional and time slot and confirm their own appointment from a public page, with time zone selection.
  • Overlap prevention at the database level: two appointments can’t occupy the same slot.

Tools and connections for your agents

Your agents now connect with the rest of your systems.

  • Agents can call external HTTP tools, configured from the agent editor, with an allowed URL list and header validation to keep them secure.
  • Per-agent connections to MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, with encrypted storage of each agent’s credentials.
  • New Tools section in the agent configuration.

Team collaboration in the inbox and WhatsApp updates

The unified inbox gains team collaboration and more WhatsApp power.

Team

  • Assign conversations to people or teams and take control of a conversation whenever you want the human touch, pausing the agent.
  • Internal notes with mentions (@), visible only to your team.

Productivity and WhatsApp

  • Saved replies with the / shortcut in the editor, and a WhatsApp template picker for proactive messages.
  • Satisfaction surveys (CSAT) and SLA metrics: first response time and resolution time.
  • WhatsApp campaigns: send a template to an audience by tags, with delivery tracking.

  • Connect WhatsApp Business with Meta’s built-in onboarding, directly from the dashboard and without copying tokens.

  • New generic incoming webhook channel and Chatwoot channel for custom integrations.

  • Knowledge base redesigned as a Drive-style file manager: drag and drop, folders, and document previews.
