What Hagabox is

Hagabox is a platform for creating artificial intelligence agents that attend to your customers for you. Everything is managed from the dashboard, with no need to write code.
What an agent does
A Hagabox agent talks with your customers on the channels where they already write to you:
- WhatsApp Business
- Telegram
- Your own website chat
Each agent responds with the tone and knowledge you give it, so it can handle customer service, bookings, or support, depending on how you configure it.
How the work is organized
From the dashboard you can create as many agents as your business needs and give each one a clear name and role. Then you decide which AI engine it uses: the one Hagabox manages or your own provider.
Each agent’s knowledge lives in folders, like a document manager. There you upload rates, schedules, protocols, or frequently asked questions, and connect those folders to the corresponding agent.
