Create your account and log in to the dashboard

Before creating your first agent, you need a Hagabox account. All the day-to-day work, from creating agents to reviewing conversations, happens in the dashboard.

Sign up

Create your account with your usual login details. Once you’re in, you go straight to the dashboard, the central place where all of your agents’ activity is managed.

What you’ll find in the dashboard

From the dashboard you can:

• Create and edit agents: name, role, and AI engine.
• Manage knowledge: folders and documents that train each agent.
• Connect channels: WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and your website chat.

You don’t need to install anything extra: all the configuration is done right there.
