Decide what each agent knows

Not all of your agents need to know the same things. Hagabox lets you turn knowledge folders on or off per agent, so you control precisely what information each one uses.

Activate only what’s needed

If an agent is meant for bookings, turn on the schedules and availability folders for it, but you can leave the ones that don’t apply to it, like technical support protocols, turned off.

Turn off without losing anything

Turning off a folder for one agent doesn’t delete it: the document keeps existing and can still be active for other agents at the same time. That specific agent simply stops using that information until you turn it back on.

Common cases

This separation is useful, for example, when:

  • A customer service agent only needs frequently asked questions and schedules.
  • A support agent needs protocols, but not rates.
  • A bookings agent only needs availability and pricing.

Adjust as your business changes

If your business grows or changes structure, you can review which folders each agent has active and adjust them at any time from the dashboard, without affecting the other agents or the folders themselves.

With this, you complete the cycle: create the agent, define its role, choose its AI engine, and decide exactly what knowledge it uses.
